The Ocean-front House at 3 Donella

The two-story home has four bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, adjoined living room and kitchen. There’s plenty of room for family and friends. The sun room provides the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun, while the outdoor deck with a BBQ overlooks the beautiful ocean views.

Customize your beds. Whether you want separate beds or share one big bed. Each bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to create a queen-sized bed. We have special mattress-top foam cushions that lay over the beds and they’re so comfortable, you’ll never notice it’s two beds pushed together.
Fall asleep to the sounds of nature’s own ocean wave machine. And wake up to the natural sunlight and look outside your window at the ocean.

But wait – there’s more! Walk outside with your morning cup of coffee or BBQ right on the deck. Or head up to the top level roof deck to experience 360-degree views that will take your breath away and leave you feeling like you can see for miles.

Turn on some music, gather around for a Netflix binge or hang out around the kitchen island help the chef.
Gas oven and stove, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, full-size fridge… and if you need more cold storage, there’s another full fridge in the sunroom.
